Our Story

This whole thing started with love, genuinely...

Flow & Go began as a dream between co-owners Wesley and Taylor, who met working in the hospital and fell in love somewhere between long shifts and late nights. As healthcare workers, we’ve spent years on the front lines, witnessing just how broken the current medical system can be. We wanted to be in the business of keeping people well, not just treating them when things go wrong. So we created  Flow & Go.

In the hospital, IV hydration is often the first step in healing — in fact, up to 90% of hospitalized patients receive fluids like saline or lactated Ringer’s. It’s simple, it’s effective, and it’s essential to recovery.

At Flow & Go, we believe wellness should be built on integrity, not up-sells. We operate with transparency and a genuine commitment to what’s best for your body. We combine our medical expertise with compassion and empathy. Our services are rooted in clinical knowledge but delivered with love and passion for healing. We keep our prices accessible, our offerings intentional, and our energy grounded. This isn’t a luxury wellness trend for us— it’s a movement to make healing available to more people, in more ways, wherever they are!

We started our journey mobile, showing up wherever the community was — Sound Haven Music Festival, River Games Chattanooga, Bridgestone Arena, The Caverns, Elevation Central, and more. And now we've planted our own roots, right in the heart of the Murfreesboro Square.
